We wanted to find out more about our users. So I performed a UX Audit on our main site Texas.Gov

I used Google Analytics and Heatmaps to examine the site from various dimensions. This gave insight into who they are and how they use the site

Image of lifestyles, what they are purchasing, specific interests, site performance and page load times

Our biggest take away was that users weren’t scrolling below the fold and were leaving the site within 2 minutes.
